Another Great blues CD from Macon, Ga. based band "Big Mike and The Booty Papas" this line up is the best yet!!! Big Mike on guitar and lead vocals, the great Hal Register on lead guitar, Glen "Cuzz" Hutchison on bass and Jerome "J.T." Thomas (S.O.S. Band, Maceo Parker) on drums. This is the hottest rhythm section anywhere and Tony Cooper (Doc Holliday, Toy Caldwell, Stillwater) on keyboards. This CD is so funky that "if you play it with the windows open your lawn is gonna die".

This band began playing together in Macon, GA, in 1995. However, their individual careers began in the '60s and '70s and span genres from country to southern rock to jazz. Front man Mike Ventimiglia (vocals, guitar) has a big voice similar to that of Colonel Bruce Hampton.
